Hello, I'm Axel.
I'm from Mexico, I'm 48 years old and I'm a nerd dad to a teenager and a soon-to-be teenager. I'm into all soft of things: drawing, illustration, lettering, music (vinyl, cassette tapes, cd, digital), movies, tv, cooking. I'm a masked introvert, and I have ADHD, which was explained to me not long ago, and that in turn explained a lifetime of weirdness. Good weirdness, anyway.
I have worked in roles related to design and front-end development for almost 30 years. Yes, it sounds like a lot to me too. I lived through the browser wars, the web standards movement, social media becoming mainstream, social media crashing down, and the slow decay of privacy online.
Today I'm very much into the indie web and the small web movements.
